Our Training

Over the past 12 months or so both Sean and myself have been guided in our campaign to get fit by North Devon fitness instructor Marc Kent.

Marc Kent is a qualified Sports Therapist and advanced Personal Trainer with a Masters in Personal Training. He runs a training facility in Barnstaple, North Devon, UK, where he coaches clients on a one-to-one, group training and bootcamp basis. Originally from Carlisle, Marc moved to North Devon whilst serving as a Royal Marines Commando.

Marc has been mentoring us through healthy eating and personal workout regimes that at times push us to our very limits! I still find the exercise tough, but we are determined to push ourselves as hard as we can to reach the necessary fitness targets for our cycle challenge.

Marc continues to push us hard, but without his help, we would not have gotten this far.

Personally, I could not recommend Marc Kent's programme highly enough. Marc has been so supportive over the past 12 months, quite seriously, I could not have done this without his help! Though sometimes I feel like cursing him, I know he has my progress in mind when planning some amazing exercise pyramids.

What ever your current health and fitness levels, I would seriously recommend Marc’s Natural Path Fitness. Trust me, this is no get fit quick sales pitch filled with false promises! I have genuinely lost over 7 stone in just over 12 months and I feel better than ever. What a journey it has been too, and it’s not over yet. I have just registered for 6 more months of Marc's 21 day challenges. I will be engaged in a nonstop routine of eating right and regular exercise all monitored and supported by Marc.

Below are a collection of truly embasrising pictures showing some of the weight loss progress I have made with Marc's help over the past 12 months or so. I still have more to lose, as seen by the bottom 2 pictures, but from 21 stone to 13.9 stone in just over 12 months I am well on my way to my ideal weight.

With regular cycle practice, boxercise classes, daily execise and good nutrition, I will soon be there.
